Dollar Tree adds a new name to its top team, bringing in Roxanne Weng as Chief Supply Chain Officer. Her arrival comes as the company navigates big changes, including the upcoming sale of Family Dollar and efforts to sharpen supply chain operations across thousands of locations.

Roxanne steps in with a career shaped by three decades in retail, much of that time at Walgreens. There, she worked her way from pharmacist to senior leadership, with hands-on experience in store operations and supply chain. In her last role at Walgreens, she led key functions including distribution, transportation, inventory management and master data oversight.

“I am delighted to welcome Roxanne to the Dollar Tree executive leadership team,” says Dollar Tree COO Michael Creedon. “With three decades of distinguished leadership across supply chain strategy, logistics optimisation and distribution network management, her proven expertise aligns perfectly with the Dollar Tree growth trajectory.”

She joins from Uline, the packaging and shipping supplier, where she most recently ran creative operations. Her academic background combines science and strategy as she holds a pharmacy degree from Purdue, an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a master’s in supply chain management from Loyola University.

Roxanne is now responsible for keeping Dollar Tree shelves stocked across more than 16,500 stores in the US and Canada.
