Quentin Remy, Head of Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing at MCI
Quentin Remy is a solution and data-oriented leader with a decade of experience in the hospitality and travel industry (MBA in hospitality/tourism).
He oversees MCI’s global value-chain strategy and relationship management, building long-term supplier relationships and developing global procurement and marketing strategies.
Quentin supports hotel procurement and sourcing hubs in MCI offices worldwide.
Eric Dubern, Sourcing Senior Director at GE Healthcare
A seasoned strategic procurement professional, Eric Dubern has more than 20 years of expertise in supply chain management, business transformation and category management across various industries and regions.
He is known for driving operational and financial excellence and has consistently delivered inclusive leadership and innovative global strategies.
Eric's career highlights include leading GE's centralised sourcing teams, overseeing its healthcare business' procurement organisation spin-offs and directly negotiating decamillion agreements.
He is also fluent in English, French and Norwegian, and holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Grenoble INP in France and the National University of Singapore.
Amanda Winterflood, Head of Great Procurement Experience & Indirects at Hotel Chocolat
Amanda Winterflood joined Hotel Chocolat in 2022 to build an Indirect Procurement function from the ground up.
Prior to Hotel Chocolat, she spent time at Mars, the global FMCG company, and at Kearney, the global management consultancy, with a focus on procurement and strategic sourcing.
Amanda has worked across the world, living and working in the US, Australia and the UK. She has been passionate about procurement since the beginning of her career, having obtained a degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an MBA from London Business School.
Away from work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her children and husband, especially outdoors, playing tennis and cross stitch.
Matthew Buckingham, VP Business Development & Alliances at Focal Point Procurement Solutions
Despite being a mechanical engineer by training, Matthew has worked in technology and procurement for more than 25 years.
He has the unique background of having been both a buyer and seller of leading technology.
Matthew has advised customers in several brand-name tech shops including, SAP, Coupa and Arkestro.
