In conjunction with the launch of the Nashville office, Dexory has appointed Kristen Shannon as Chief Operating Officer. Kristen, who has a rich background in scaling businesses and driving operational efficiencies, will lead Dexory’s efforts to grow its footprint in North America and beyond. Her experience includes leadership roles at companies including Monzo, Cisco Meraki and Sonantic, where she focused on building processes and strategic frameworks for rapid expansion.

CEO Andrei Danescu highlights the significance of this move, stating: "After entering the US market, we’re excited to open new offices in Nashville and appoint Kristen to accelerate our scale, drive new levels of efficiency and reimagine supply chain operations."

Kristen steps into her role as COO with extensive experience in operational and strategic leadership. Her track record includes roles with companies including General Systems, where she streamlined operations and helped commercialise technology products. Most recently, she founded Highliner Technology, a consultancy supporting businesses with global expansion.

At Dexory, Shannon will focus on scaling the company's global operations, with particular emphasis on the US market. Speaking about her new role, Shannon said, "Businesses are looking at new ways of doing things and Dexory is well placed in the market through its product offering, innovations and vision. I am delighted to have been entrusted with the responsibility to scale the company."

With Shannon at the helm and a new US headquarters in place, Dexory is well positioned to continue its rapid growth, delivering innovative solutions that transform warehouse operations worldwide.
