Matthew Harris, CPO, Logistics & Services at Maersk

Matthew is the Global Head of Procurement, Logistics & Services at A.P. Møller-Maersk, based in Copenhagen.

In this role, he oversees all procurement activities related to Maersk’s operations in Landside Transportation, Contract Logistics, and Customs Services. Leading a team of procurement professionals in over 70 countries, Matthew manages a spend portfolio exceeding US$10bn.

With more than 25 years in the supply chain sector, Matthew's journey began in the automotive sector, gaining experience in operational management roles before moving into project management focusing on supply chain efficiency and logistics network optimisation.

After running his own transportation business, he transitioned into procurement, holding roles in the mining, retail, and pharmaceutical industries. He has also worked in consultancy, supporting clients in procurement transformations and strategic category planning globally.

Stuart Farrell, Chief Procurement Officer at AllPoints Fibre Networks

Stuart is a highly regarded procurement executive with a proven global track record in leading large-scale functions, driving transformational supply chain programmes, and leveraging process improvement, innovation, and technology.

With 25 years of experience, Stuart is committed to sustainability, partnership, and continuous improvement, underpinned by a one-team ethic.

Alexander Tschentscher, Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Strategy at Siemens AG

Alexander oversees the future supply chain for Siemens Industrial Business: Smart Infrastructure.

As Head of Supply Chain Excellence and leader of the Program Management Office Supply Chain Strategy, Alexander drives the strategic direction in supply chain and logistics.

His previous roles at Siemens include logistics and procurement responsibilities within the Industrial Business Smart Infrastructure Business Unit: Distribution Systems.

He has a background in management consulting, procurement, project management, and logistics and holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.

Alexander Tschentscher, Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Strategy, Siemens

Etosha Thurman, Chief Marketing and Solutions Officer at SAP

Etosha is the Chief Marketing & Solutions Officer for SAP Intelligent Spend and Business Network. She strengthens the company’s go-to-market approach and drives product marketing across SAP’s intelligent spend solutions and SAP Business Network.

Etosha has held various roles at SAP, SAP Ariba, and Capital One, where she led the Treasury Management sales team through transformational change.

Recognised as a top leader in procurement and supply chain, she holds degrees from Florida A&M University and the University of Cincinnati and resides in metro Atlanta.
